The following ticketing arrangements will apply for Adelaide Football Club members for the 2006 Toyota AFL Finals Series.

Home Finals - Weeks 1 – 3

The following arrangements will apply if AFC hosts a home final at AAMI Stadium.

Supporters should refer to the AFL Supporter Bulletin to be posted in The Advertiser on the Monday before each match for up to date ticketing information.

Members are reminded that they will not be able to use their season ticket to gain entry to finals and will need to purchase tickets through BASS.

Tickets for all home finals will go on sale from 9am on the Monday prior to each match through all BASS outlets, on line at bass.net.au and BASS Dial ‘n’ Charge (phone 131 246) subject to the priorities listed below.

Please note that reserved seats occupied throughout the year will not be available to members for finals matches as tickets will be sold on a ‘best available’ basis. Members will however be able to choose the general vicinity they wish to sit in.

Membership cards and concession ID must be presented at the point of purchase and collection.

AFL Grand Final

The following arrangements will apply for the selling of Grand Final tickets to members should the Adelaide Football Club be fortunate enough to participate in the 2006 Grand Final. Please note that these arrangements were correct at the time of publication but are subject to change.

The Club will write to all eligible members in late August/early September with full details and instructions about how and when to access a Grand Final ticket. Eligible members will also receive a Ticketmaster barcode which members will need when booking a ticket. Members should retain this bar code if they intend to purchase a ticket.

The following priorities are in place for the allocation of Grand Final tickets.

Gold and Captain’s Club members are the only AFC members who are guaranteed an opportunity to purchase a Grand Final ticket if the Crows participate.

Priority 1
All Captain’s Club members
All Gold members (except AFL full members with AFC club support*)

Priority 2
AFC Silver members
AAMI Stadium Ultimate & Essential Crows members (non gold)
AFC Victorian members (non gold)
AFL Silver members (with AFC club support, non AFC gold)*

It is anticipated that Gold Members will take up the large majority of the Club’s allocation of Grand Final tickets if AFC participates. It is likely that a very limited number of residual tickets will be available to Priority 2 members.

For Priority 1 members, the Club will implement an automated ticket pre-booking system (as in 2005) which will enable members to book their tickets in advance and will eliminate the need for members to queue to purchase a Grand Final ticket.

Priority 2 members will have a limited opportunity to purchase any residual tickets if and when AFC is confirmed as a Grand Finalist. Information regarding the sales process, which will be an electronic system to avoid queuing, will be communicated to members when their bar code is forwarded in late August / early September. Members in this large group should understand that availability of tickets at this stage is likely to be very limited.

*AFL Members (with AFC Club Support)

AFL Full Members, including those with an Adelaide Football Club Gold Membership, are required to purchase a ticket into the AFL Reserve via AFL Members’ arrangements. Tickets will not be available to AFL Full members through the Club’s allocation.

AFL Silver Members will be required to purchase a ticket though the Adelaide Football Club’s allocation. AFL Silver Members, who also have AFC Gold membership will be able to purchase at Priority 1. AFL Silver Members who do not hold AFC Gold Membership will have a limited opportunity at Priority 2 (refer above).

Please note that these arrangements are correct as at the time of publication but are subject to change at any time.
