Popular choice
Patrick Dangerfield features in 47.03% of AFL Dream Teams throughout the fantasy competition. That large percentage of coaches would be very happy with their decision to pick the dynamic midfielder, with Dangerfield averaging 119.7 points in the last three rounds. He is ranked as the 4th best forward in the competition, with 1,756 total points for the season to date.

Jacobs performs in return
After missing last week with a hamstring complaint, Sam Jacobs looked nice and fresh in his return game against the Bombers. Jacobs accumulated 40 hit-outs, 13 disposals, six marks and one goal to post a handy 99 points. DT coaches would have been very happy to see ‘big Sauce’ back out there racking up the numbers!

Taking his opportunity
Aidan Riley was very impressive in his first AFL game for Season 2012, scoring 81 DT points against Essendon. The 20-year-old midfielder enjoyed 17 disposals, five marks and a goal. Priced at just $183,300 DT coaches could consider Riley as a potential midfield downgrade option.

In the mix
Kurt Tippett has missed Adelaide’s last two games after suffering multiple concussions. Dream Team coaches will be eager for Tippett to return with DT finals kicking off this week. The Crows key forward has resumed training and is eyeing off a possible return in the Crows’ round 20 clash with Fremantle.
