The Adelaide Football Club and Landmark have joined forces to find the best regional club volunteer.

Landmark is Australia’s leading rural service business, largely because of their unwavering commitment to Australian Regional communities. The Adelaide Football Club’s inclusive values are already shared with many loyal and proud regional Crows members and supporters, and we are delighted to be able to provide our support to Landmark in the quest to find our best volunteer.

We are looking for the club volunteer that just keeps on striving for their club!

They are often the people doing all the work in the background and seeking very little recognition in return for all their efforts.  They do it for the love of the club.

It could be the canteen volunteer, a goal umpire, guernsey washers, sports trainers or even a junior coach, just to name few. Every sporting club has their unsung heroes and now the Crows and Landmark want to find our most suitable candidate and reward them.

We are seeking nominations from your sporting club.  In 250 words or less tell us about the club volunteer that you think deserves to win the title of SA Regional Club Volunteer of the Year.

Email your entries to landmarkpromotion@afc.com.au no later than Friday 10 August 2012.  Include your reasons for nominating, and don’t forget to provide your personal and club contact details.

The entry considered as our most deserving candidate, will be recognised at AAMI Stadium and treated to a hospitality experience for them and seven friends when the Crows play the Gold Coast in our final minor round home game (round 23).

Regional clubs struggle without the support of volunteers, so get behind them by showing them the support they deserve by nominating them today.
