Hawthorn has made one change to its team to play Adelaide on Thursday night, recalling South Australian small forward Paul Puopolo.
Puopolo, who has missed the past two games with a foot injury, replaces Angus Litherland (omitted).
Litherland, Will Langford and Jonathan O’Rourke are the emergencies. As declared on Wednesday morning, All Australian defender Grant Birchall will miss another week with an ankle complaint.
