Adelaide has moved into second spot on the NAB Cup ladder following an unbeaten start to the pre-season competition.
The Crows toughed it out to secure two, single-figure wins in their NAB Cup opener on Sunday, overcoming Carlton by nine points and Port Adelaide by a solitary point in the AAMI Stadium triple-header.
Adelaide joins West Coast and Collingwood as the only three undefeated teams after the first round of the NAB Cup.
The Eagles, who have a handsome percentage of 189, sit at the top of the pre-season ladder.
Ironically, the Crows and Magpies have the same percentage 119.61 after two ‘mini’ matches.
Adelaide will continue its NAB Cup campaign against the Brisbane Lions in Alice Springs on Saturday night before returning to AAMI Stadium to play Collingwood in round three.
The top two teams on the NAB Cup ladder after three games will progress to the Grand Final.
