Adelaide defender Rory Laird capped his 250th game in style, earning a game-high eight coaches’ votes in the Crows’ 36-point win against North Melbourne on Sunday. 

Laird was prolific across half-back, recording 32 disposals at 81 per cent efficiency, 12 intercept possessions and seven marks.

He was one of six Crows to catch the eye of the coaches. 

Midfielder Jake Soligo polled for the third-straight week, propelling him to equal sixth on the overall standings.

The 22-year-old received five votes for his standout performance through the midfield, where he finished with 28 disposals, eight score involvements, six clearances and five marks. 

Taylor Walker also polled five after kicking a team-high four goals and recording nine score involvements. 

An equal career-high of 30 disposals earned midfielder Izak Rankine three votes. 

Key forward Riley Thilthorpe netted two for his three goals, 17 disposals, eight marks and seven score involvements. 

Defender Mitch Hinge rounded out the vote-getters, recording 20 disposals at 85 per cent efficiency, eight intercept possessions and seven marks.
