Taylor Walker continues to break new ground in the 16th season of his AFL career by winning the Members’ MVP Award at Adelaide’s Club Champion night.
The 33-year-old forward was recognised for an outstanding season in front of goal in which he booted 76 goals at an average of 3.4 per game to finish runner-up in the Coleman Medal.
Members have voted on their MVP of the season every year since 1998 and it is the first time Walker has claimed the award.
He was also named All Australian for the first time after a career-best year which included booting 10 goals in his 250th game against West Coast in Round 13.
