Adelaide has made five changes ahead of its Round 19 clash against Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday.
Patrick Parnell and Ned McHenry have been included in the Crows’ final 22, alongside Brayden Cook, Matt Crouch and Harry Schoenberg.
Lachlan Murphy has been omitted and joins Luke Nankervis, Elliott Himmelberg and Jackson Hately as the emergencies.
One of the four emergencies will be named as the substitute one hour before the match.
The Crows confirmed on Thursday Rory Laird (injured), Josh Rachele (suspended), Lachlan Sholl (omitted) and Max Michalanney (managed) would miss the clash with the Demons.
Speaking to the media on Thursday, Senior Coach Matthew Nicks said a tough challenge awaited his side on Sunday.
“Like any good side they (Melbourne) win the contest, having amazing shape on the ground and when they win that contest they dominate you,” Nicks said.
“So we are going to have to bring contest, but at the same time the MCG challenges you in different ways.
“It’s big ground, so there is room to work in, but if you don’t have the ball it's hard to do much, so we need to be at our best.”
The Crows take on Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday afternoon, with the first bounce at 2.50pm (ACST).
