Izak Rankine has sent a heartfelt message to his former club Gold Coast via his Instagram account on Monday.
Rankine spent four years at the Suns after being drafted with Pick 3 in the 2018 National Draft.
"Just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone involved at the @gcsuns," Rankine wrote on his Instagram post.
"In my 4 years spent there, I made some really amazing memories and some lifelong friends.
"Thank you to the fans for rocking up each week and supporting the club no matter what."
Rankine joined the Crows in the AFL's Contintenal Tyres Trade Period earlier this month.
On Monday, the Club confirmed he would wear No. 22 on his guernsey - the same number he wore at the Suns.
