Veteran Crows forward Taylor Walker is available for selection in Round Four after serving his six-match suspension.
Fresh off the back of a dramatic Showdown win in Round Three, Adelaide will travel to Melbourne on Saturday to face Essendon at Marvel Stadium on Sunday.
On Sunday, Walker filled in for Sam Jacobs on Triple M’s The Crows Radio Show and gave an insight into selection.
“I had a good chat with Nicksy last week about being able to play,” Walker said.
“He’s keen to get me back in and I’m keen to play.
“Fitness-wise and strength-wise, I’m in a great spot… you just don’t have that crash and bash footy fitness.”
Despite not playing, Walker took part in an uninterrupted preseason, including being a runner for SANFL trial matches.
“It’s been a long preseason for me, but that’s the way the cookie crumbles,” he said.
“I can’t wait to get out there and try and help as much as I can… help the young guys develop and try and win some games of footy.
“Hopefully I get a few nice kicks at the start and knock em’ over.”
Walker kicked 48 goals in 17 games for the Crows last year after overtaking Tony Modra as the Club’s all-time leading goal-scorer in 2020.
