One of football’s most enduring partnerships is set to continue with a leading South Australian supermarket chain backing the Adelaide Football Club for a further three years.
Foodland has supported the Crows since inception and its association stretches more than three decades.
This latest agreement ensures the well-known supermarket brand remains as Premier Partner until the end of 2024.
Crows CEO Tim Silvers said the length of the partnership was testament to the ability of both organisations to evolve and drive shared value.
“Foodland has been with us since day one and such longevity is rare in Australian sport,” Silvers said.
“Their commitment to stand by us, especially during these recent challenging times created by Covid-19, is greatly appreciated and never taken for granted.
“We are both proudly South Australian and have a shared understanding of the importance of community, and a drive to grow and succeed in competitive industries.”
Foodland CEO Franklin dos Santos said the South Australian supermarket group is immensely proud of its longstanding relationship with the Crows.
“We are delighted to continue our partnership with the Club,” dos Santos said.
“We always have and always will value our ongoing association with the Club.
“The Crows are an integral part of the South Australian community, so too is the Foodland brand. It’s a winning combination.
“Community at the heart of all we do and our continued collaboration with Adelaide Football Club is testament to this.”
