Sam Jacobs was one of four Crows to play all 22 games in 2018 as he shouldered a massive ruck load and finished with 798 hit-outs, ranked fourth in the AFL.
The ruckman averaged 11.6 disposals, 2.6 clearances and two inside 50s this season.
He celebrated two major milestones off the field, including his 30th birthday and the birth of his first child.

Jacobs impressed in Round 15 with 39 hit-outs, 18 disposals and a goal to help Adelaide to a 10-point win over the Eagles.
Reflecting on his performance, the 30-year-old said he had benefited from the week off during the Round 14 bye.
Coach Don Pyke said Jacobs’ performance in the ruck had been a major contributor to securing the win.
