Alex Keath won his first Showdown Medal on Saturday night after an impressive defensive performance against Port Adelaide in Showdown XLVI.
Keath finished with 26 disposals, 12 intercept possessions and seven rebound 50s, while not conceding a goal to his direct match-up across the four quarters.
He finished two votes clear of Power midfielder Tom Rockliff, who ended the clash with 41 disposals, 10 clearances, 12 inside 50 and two goal assists.
Keath and Rockliff both received votes from five of the six experts on the Showdown Medal voting panel, with the Crows defender judged best afield by two of the six.
Tom Lynch (seven votes) and Rory Laird (six) each received two best-on-ground acknowledgements, while Rory Sloane (three) and Hugh Greenwood (two) were next in line.
