Adelaide forward Elliott Himmelberg has been rewarded with a two-year contract extension following a string of strong performances.
The 22-year-old has not missed a game since returning to the Crows’ senior side in Round Eight, providing a key focal point for a young forward line.
Crows General Manager List Management and Strategy Justin Reid said Himmelberg’s development in 2020 has been a positive for the Club.
“Elliott has showed some really good signs as an emerging key position player and back-up ruckman this year, grabbing his opportunity with both hands,” Reid said.
“With Tyson Stengle also signing on recently, we’ve now secured two young players who we see as really important parts of our forward line going into the future.”
Himmelberg was selected by the Crows with pick No.51 in the 2016 National Draft.
He has kicked 16 goals in 17 AFL games after making his debut in Round 23, 2018.
