The Adelaide Football Club (AFC) is committed to providing you with the highest levels of customer service. This includes protecting your privacy. We are bound by the Commonwealth Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles that guide us in the collection, use and disclosure of personal information within our organisation and to third parties.
Following is the AFC Privacy Policy:

The AFC provides a range of sports entertainment and entertainment services together with the opportunity for third parties to associate and market themselves through us.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information held by us may include your name, date of birth, current and previous address, telephone and facsimile number, email address, bank account or credit card details, occupation and salary range. We also hold details of the AFC services you hold or join, including their status.
This information enables the AFC to provide you with the services you require and assists us plan to improve the level of services that we pride ourselves in.
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The AFC collects personal information in a number of ways including:
• directly from you, when you provide information by phone, in person or in documents such as an application form;
• from third parties that the AFC has appointed to provide services to you on our behalf e.g. Bass;
• from competitions or fund-raising activities; and
• from publicly available sources of information.
USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information may be used in order to:
• provide and administer the services you require;
• keep you up to date with events and opportunities available to you at the AFC;
• promote and inform you of sponsor offers that we consider may be of interest to you;
• research and develop our services; and
• gain an understanding of your information in order for us and our sponsors to provide you with better services.

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
For the purposes described above we may disclose your personal information to organisations outside the Adelaide Football Club. These include:
• Outsourced service providers who help us deliver the services we provide to you, including:
- ticketing and membership benefits;
- information technology services;
- marketing and telemarketing services; and
- market research.
• your representatives (e.g. your legal advisors);
• our professional advisors, including our auditors and lawyers;
• our sponsors so they can make product or service offers to you; and
• government and regulatory authorities and other organizations, as required by law.
SECURITY AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The Adelaide Football Club takes all reasonable action to ensure that the personal information we collect, use and disclose is secure, accurate, complete and up-to-date. The accuracy of that information however, depends to a large extent on the information you provide. We therefore recommend that you;
• let us know if there are any errors in your personal information; and
• keep us up-to-date with changes to personal information such as your name and address.
ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have a right to access your personal information. If you would like to do so please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.
The AFC reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for and providing access to your information.
