Adelaide has named its squad for its Round Three clash with reigning Premier Glenelg at Glenelg Oval this Friday.
The sides will return to the field following a League-wide bye last weekend, with the AFL’s Gather Round hosted in SA.
This weekend’s match will mark Crows State-League listed defender Stephen Tahana’s 50th game, with the milestone arriving after he featured with North Adelaide, before joining the Crows ahead of the 2023 season.
Named alongside Tahana are fellow State League players Skipper Jack Madgen, Blake Drury, Jay Boyle, Hugh Haysman, Ned Atkinson, Jay O’Leary and Cam Taheny.
Crows AFL-listed players including Chris Burgess, Tyler Welsh, Karl Gallagher, Brayden Cook, Chayce Jones, Billy Dowling, Lachlan Murphy, Charlie Edwards, Hugh Bond, Oscar Ryan, James Borlase, Brodie Smith, Lachlan McAndrew and Harry Schoenberg have also been selected in the side.
Adelaide ruck/forward Toby Murray will miss the match after fracturing his fibula and damaging his syndesmosis during the Round Two game against the Roosters.
The Crows will be eyeing a third-straight win, after victories in Rounds One and Two against West Adelaide and North Adelaide, respectively.
Glenelg, meanwhile, has also prevailed in its opening two games.
The Crows face the Tigers at Glenelg Oval (Stratarama Stadium) on Friday at 4.10pm, with the match to be broadcast on the SANFL’s streaming platform, SANFL Now.
