Adelaide has regained three key players – Ben Hart, Mark Stevens and Nathan Bassett –for its elimination final clash against West Coast on Saturday afternoon.

However, making way for the experienced trio is Chris Ladhams, Ian Perrie and Brent Reilly.

The omission of both Ladhams and Perrie is somewhat of a surprise, considering the duo has missed just two games each this season.

But the return of Hart is a major boost for Adelaide, as he has missed the past three matches with a quad injury, which during that time the Crows lost their last three in a row.

Stevens is also a key inclusion for the Crows, despite having an injury-interrupted season. He played the opening five games of the year, but has played just one match since – in round 21.

The Crows have also recalled Bassett, after he was surprisingly dropped for the past two games. He has played 19 games for the year.

Despite being omitted, Ladhams, Perrie and Reilly have been retained in the 25-man squad, having been named as emergencies.

It will be the second time the two sides have met in a final, with the other occasion occurring in the 1997 first qualifying final, when Adelaide was triumphant by 33 points at AAMI Stadium.
