Brett Burton will miss two matches after being charged by the AFL's Match Review Panel.
Burton's bump on Essendon's Henry Slattery during the second quarter on Friday night was deemed as a Level Two bump or forceful contact from front on.
The club will not appeal the decision, and his existing record means that the penalty cannot be reduced from a two-game sanction, even with an early plea.
