Brenton Sanderson presented Jim and wife Sue Gulliver a cheque for $30,000 last week.

Jim was stunned when he received the phone call saying he had taken out the major prize in the Crows Development Lottery.

“I was very excited and surprised to win the lottery!  I was lunching with a group of close friends when I received the phone call … after I told the group what had happened, they nailed me for the cost of the next luncheon," he said.

The Gulliver family have been supporting the Club since 1991, purchasing memberships each and every season to-date.

Jim and Sue attended both Grand Finals in 1997 and 1998 and believe the Club is going "just fine" with new coach Sanderson.

“I, like all Crows supporters, am a big fan of Brenton Sanderson.  It seems like he has refreshed the whole Club after a few years in the doldrums,” Jim says.

“We will continue to support our Club and are hoping for big things for the group.”
