The Crows have included Andy Otten, Mitch Grigg and Jared Petrenko in a squad of 25 for their Indigenous Round clash with Gold Coast at Adelaide Oval on Sunday.
Otten missed the opening month of the season with a knee injury, but has displayed good form in the SANFL since returning and travelled to Melbourne as Adelaide’s AFL emergency last weekend.
Grigg has made five AFL appearances this year, but was squeezed out of the side to play Collingwood a fortnight ago. Petrenko, who lasted played in Round Seven, has also lined up in five AFL matches in 2014. The trio has been named on an extended interchange.
Acting co-captain Patrick Dangerfield (back soreness) has been named and is expected to play. There are no omissions at this stage. The squad will be trimmed to 22 on afc.com.au at 4:30pm (SA time) on Friday.
Limited general admission tickets remain for the match. Join the Club as a Boundary Line member for just $50 and get access to the game, along with member polo, sports bag and members kit.
The game will be Adelaide’s first home Indigenous Round fixture in nine years. The Crows will wear a special Indigenous guernsey designed by Club legend Andrew McLeod. Find out more about how the Club will celebrate Indigenous Round on Sunday.
