LAST WEEK’S NEWS
What a cracking win! Go you Crows!
In the best game of the season, it was Scott Thompson (MID, $516,000) who led all scorers to claim the Phillip Walsh Medal. He had his best score of the year with 126 and is only owned by 2.2 per cent of Fantasy coaches.
Sam Jacobs (RUC, $503,000) had 51 hit-outs for his score of 120 while captain Taylor Walker (FWD, $389,000) had his best score since Round Eight (90pts).
Brodie Smith (DEF/MID, $351,000) struggled to get going, finishing the day with only 48pts, which was his lowest output in a full game this year. He’s a popular defender in Fantasy at the moment and will bounce back this week against the Suns, a team he averages 91 on in his last three games.
Tom Lynch (FWD, $439,000) was very solid for 88 along with gun defender Rory Laird (DEF, $480,000) who posted 77, and now finds himself averaging 94 through his last five outings.
ON THE RADAR
He won’t set the Fantasy world on fire, but Riley Knight (FWD/MID, $168,000) is a guy on my radar this week. With Karl Amon (Port) and Trent Dumont (NM) riding my pine, Knight will pocket me a handy $50,000 and will continue rise further over the coming weeks. He has scored 48 and 73 from his two games and should stay in the Crows’ best 22 for another week.

This week, the Crows host Gary Ablett’s Gold Coast Suns. Ablett was on fire last week scoring 176 from his 30 disposals, 3 goals and 17 tackles. Hopefully, he’ll go head to head with our Patrick Dangerfield (MID, $586,000) who loves playing at Adelaide Oval, a ground he has scored 120, 147, 122 and 120 on in his last four games.
