Adelaide and Port Adelaide players will run through a joint banner before Sunday's Showdown to honour the late Phil Walsh.
The giant banner will be prepared by both the Port Adelaide and Crows cheer squads.
The two supporter groups met on Monday night to plan the commemoration.
The Crows will run out from their race first and complete a warm-up lap to their club song, with the Power to follow a minute later.
Captains Travis Boak and Taylor Walker will then shake hands in front of the banner - positioned halfway between both club's races - before the two teams run through together.
Sunday’s game starts at 2.50pm at Adelaide Oval.
