Sydney Swans co-captain Jarrad McVeigh will play his first game of the season against Adelaide on Saturday night.
McVeigh, 30, is one of two changes to the Sydney team for the match at Adelaide Oval, with Dean Towers also included after a strong performance in the NEAFL.
Inexperienced pair Zak Jones and George Hewett have been omitted.
Kurt Tippett is set to play his first game against the Crows in South Australia since departing the club at the end of the 2012 season. See Adelaide’s team for Saturday night’s blockbuster.
