The Crows of 1997 are celebrating the 20-year anniversary of the Club’s first premiership this weekend.
On Sunday’s episode of The Crows Show that theme will be continued as we hear from Premiership players as well as the coach Malcolm Blight.
The players will reveal their favourite moments of the 1997 grand final and Blight reveals how three past losing grand finals haunted him in the lead up to the big game.
Also on the show we go behind closed doors of a game review between assistant coach Matthew Clarke and ruckman Sam Jacobs.
It’s a truly interesting insight to a player/coach relationship.
The Club has recently acquired an eSports team and you may be wondering exactly what that is.
We sit down with Crows Chief Operating Officer Nigel Smart and he explains what eSports is and what it means for the Club.
Tom Lynch talks to the show about playing against his old team St Kilda and how he’s seen his first year in the Club’s leadership group.
And Brodie Smith gets the tables turned on him by his good mate Rory Laird in the Hot Seat.
For the full interviews and more behind-the-scenes insights tune in to Channel Seven at 11.30am on Sunday for The Crows Show, brought to you by Chemist Warehouse.
The show will then be available on our website and app. It is also replayed nationally on 7Mate early in the week. Please check your local TV guides.
