Co-Captain Chelsea Randall has been recognised with the Players’ Player Award at the inaugural Crows Women’s Club Champion presentation.

It’s the respected Randall’s second peer-voted award this week after she received the Most Courageous Player Award at the AFLW Players’ MVP presentation on Monday.

One of the Club’s first signings, the West Australian marquee player led the way on and off the field.

The 26-year-old inspired teammates with her uncompromising approach and played a pivotal role in bringing the Adelaide and Darwin camps together with her thoughtfulness and positivity.

Randall earned All Australian selection at half-back, and finished second in the voting behind co-captain Erin Phillips for the best player on the ground in the inaugural AFLW Grand Final.

The athletic utility routinely put herself in harm’s way for the benefit of the team.

At the end of the home and away season, she ranked second in the League for intercept marks (12), and top 10 for inside 50ms (fifth), tackles (seventh) and contested possessions (10^th).

Randall was also equal-fifth in the competition for inside 50ms (21), seventh for marks (22) and tackles (38) and equal-10th in contested possessions (58).
