Taylor Walker’s two-game suspension is over, offering Adelaide’s selection panel the chance to adjust the line-up for Saturday’s clash with Fremantle in Perth.
Walker, who kicked 23 goals in the first seven rounds, has worked hard to turn his break into a positive with extra training sessions.
Adelaide appears to have escaped another game without serious injury.
The Club’s injury should shorten this week with Aidan Riley (broken hand) a chance to return in the SANFL. Brad Crouch (hamstring) will miss one more game before making his comeback.
There were no SANFL club games last weekend - a SA representative side defeated Western Australia at Glenelg Oval - but up to 25 Crows-listed players could be involved in the four games this week.
Adelaide had a brief recovery run this morning and has another light session on Tuesday from about 10.30am.
The main closed session this week is on Wednesday and the team travelling to Perth will have a run in Adelaide on Friday morning from about 9.30am, before flying to Perth in the afternoon.
