Andy Otten reached a major milestone in 2018, playing his 100th AFL game nine years and 317 days after his AFL debut in 2008.
Having overcome two knee reconstructions during his time at West Lakes, Otten chalked up the ton in the Round Six win over Gold Coast, playing a block of five games in the senior side.
Soreness in his Achilles kept him on the sidelines during the middle of the season before he returned at AFL level for the final two games.
The defender was a late inclusion for Adelaide’s Round 22 match with North Melbourne and impressed, keeping key forward Ben Brown goalless.
