The Blues have made just one change for the final round of the season with former Crow Sam Kerridge replacing the injured Paddy Dow ahead of Saturday night's clash at Etihad Stadium.
Dow has missed just one game this season but a bruised knee means he has to sit out the season finale for his side.
Despite losing one young player in Dow, Carlton will enter with nine players aged 21 or younger.
Carlton's AFL team is:
B: Dale Thomas, Jacob Weitering, Ciaran Byrne
HB: Sam Rowe, Caleb Marchbank, Aaron Mullet
C: Lochie O'Brien, Patrick Cripps, Jed Lamb
HF: Sam Petrevski-Seton, Charlie Curnow, Matthew Wright
F: Darcy Lang, Harry McKay, Cameron Polson
FOLL: Matthew Lobbe, Ed Curnow, Marc Murphy
INT: Kade Simpson, Sam Kerridge, Jack Silvagni, Tom De Koning
EMG: Matt Shaw, Harrison Macreadie, Jarrod Pickett, Cameron O'Shea
