The Redline Classic returns for 2019 and is calling out for new riders to join the peloton.
Now in its ninth year, riders will depart from the Adelaide Football Club on Sunday, October 13, with all riders having to raise a minimum of $1500 each for the Crows Children’s Foundation.
Redline Classic riders have so far raised over $300,000 for the Foundation, with all funds going towards health, education and welfare programs, which positively influence young people and build stronger communities for them to thrive in.
Crows Children’s Foundation Manager Louise McDonald has seen first-hand the impact the funds raised by this event have had.
“The Redline Classic is one of our biggest fundraisers and the support they have provided over the years has been incredible,” Louise said.
“The money raised allows us to make a real difference in the lives of children going through tough times.
“The Redline Classic has always been a fantastic event, and the organisers seem to take it to a new level each year.”
Riders have the option of a one-day 175km ride, or signing on for the complete three-day 405km distance, with stop overs in Clare and the Barossa Valley.
The participation fee includes a 2019 Redline Classic jersey, accommodation, meals and a support car while on the road.
