Richard Douglas played his 14th and final season for the Crows in 2019, announcing he was finishing up at Adelaide at the close of the home and away season.
The veteran midfielder played nine AFL games after an injury-interrupted start to 2019 and played game number 246 in Round 23.
An ankle injury sustained in Round One kept the 32-year-old on the sidelines for two months, before he made his return through the SANFL in Round Seven and earned a senior recall two weeks later.
It was a particularly special pre-season for Douglas as he tied the knot with long-term girlfriend Alessandra in February.
