Paul Seedsman and Kyle Hartigan have been included in Adelaide's side for Friday night's clash with Sydney at the SCG.

Seedsman missed the Crows’ season opener after requiring finger surgery, but successfully completed Wednesday's main training session to earn his flight to the Harbour City.

Meantime, Hartigan will assume a key defensive post, coming in for Tom Doedee who has been sidelined for the season after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament.

Richard Douglas also goes out of the side that lost to Hawthorn after undergoing ankle surgery this week.

Tasmanian Chayce Jones has been selected for his second AFL game after an encouraging performance on debut.

Andy Otten, Cam Ellis-Yolmen, Myles Poholke and Reilly O’Brien have been named as emergencies.

The game will start at 7.20pm ACDT on Friday and will be live on Channel 7 and Fox Footy from 7pm.
