Erin Phillips’ on-field impact is undeniable, but it’s her influence off the field that has seen her take out this year’s Player’s Player Award at Adelaide’s Club Champion dinner.

For the first time, she’s pipped co-captain Chelsea Randall who won the title back-to-back in 2017 and 2018.

With Erin voted in by her teammates, it was only fitting that the girls described just how inspirational the 33-year-old mother-of-two is to them.

Erin… what can I say, she is an absolute champion of the game.

I have so much respect for her and feel privileged to lead this team alongside her.

She brings so much to this team and this Club, and she has significantly impacted this competition.

I’m so lucky to call her not only my teammate but one of my best mates. I’m so proud of all her achievements.

Ebony Marinoff

Flip is a special human and one of a kind. I pinch myself that I get to play alongside such a competitive beast.

She’s taught me so much and is a true inspiration. If I can keep feeding off her knowledge, hopefully in a few years I can carry a few traits of hers around on the footy field.

She’s a genuinely honest soul who has done so much for our team, our Club and the game.

I am proud of her and she deserves everything she gets because she’s got the toughest mind I’ve ever met.

To see someone like her put her mind to something and just make it happen, it’s so special.

Courtney Cramey

Flip is a hard-working, determined person who is the ultimate professional.

She deserves every accolade she gets as she is so meticulous about how she goes about everything she sets out to achieve.

She is strong in the mind and in the body, and a big softy on the inside.

Jessica Foley

I’m very privileged to have gone to battle with this humble champion in two different codes.

Erin deserves every accolade the game has, I’ve been in awe watching you work.

Sarah Perkins

God are we lucky to have her at our Club.

Erin is like a big sister to me and it wouldn’t be a AFLW season without receiving an inspirational spray from her to help me get through the season and to get to me train/ be at my best!

As a player, I watch her and am always amazed when she does things only Erin can do.

I’ve been lucky to have gotten plenty front row seats to the Erin show!
