Adelaide forward Danielle Ponter has received a NAB Goal of the Year nomination for one of her five majors during the Crows’ Round Three win against Hawthorn on Sunday afternoon.
Ponter finished the game with five goals but it was her snap from the boundary during the second quarter that caught the eye.
The 24-year-old found space at a forward-half stoppage late in the second term, roved the ball perfectly and snapped truly.
Voting for Round Three closes on Thursday, September 19 at 9.30am (ACST).
