Adelaide has named AFL-listed defender Jordon Butts in its SANFL squad, ahead of its Round Four match against North Adelaide on Saturday.
The Crows take on the Roosters at Prospect Oval and will be looking to bounce back from their loss to Glenelg last weekend.
Butts, who is navigating his way back from a hamstring injury, will play his first State League game for the Crows since the 2019 SANFL Preliminary Final.
Other AFL-listed players named in the squad include Irishman Karl Gallager, Harry Schoenberg, Hugh Bond, Dan Curtin, Chris Burgess, Oscar Ryan, Kieran Strachan, Charlie Edwards and Zac Taylor.
SANFL-listed players including Captain Jack Madgen, Toby Murray, Stephen Tahana and Jay Boyle have also been selected, while father-son product Tyler Welsh will miss this weekend’s match due to AFL Academy commitments.
AFL emergencies have yet to be added to the SANFL squad.
The Crows will wear the Club’s Indigenous Guernsey due to a guernsey clash.
Adelaide plays North Adelaide at Prospect Oval on Saturday at 2.30pm.
