Top five Dream Team scorers
Richard Douglas 124
Rory Sloane 117
Scott Thompson 113
David Mackay 110
Josh Jenkins 93

Richard Douglas was Adelaide’s Dream Team standout in the 40-point win over St Kilda in round eight, posting a season-high score of 124 points.

Douglas has been in outstanding form in the first eight rounds, reflected by his Dream Team price ($456,400) which has soared by $83,000 since round one.

Rory Sloane was another brilliant DT performer against the Saints, collecting 25 disposals and 12 marks to record a score of 117 points.

It was business as usual for prolific midfielder Scott Thompson, who equalled his season-high score of 113pts with another 25 disposal performance.

‘Thommo’ is the Crows’ best DT performer for the season to-date with a total of 801 points at an average of 100.12 per game.

On the back of his best Dream Team performance of the year against the Saints, David Mackay was another player to enjoy a significant price rise. He’s jumped up $23,000 in value.

It was great to see a Crows key forward figure in the top five point scorers for round eight. Jenkins posted 93 points after collecting 14 possessions, nine marks and scoring 2.4. If he can straighten up in front of goal we should see some big DT numbers from the big man!
