Adelaide’s record year of growth has continued, with the Crows breaking their all-time AFLW membership tally this season.
The AFL's official membership data shows Adelaide had 7,078 AFLW members this year which was a 5.5 per cent increase on the previous benchmark of 6,706 in Season Seven.
It comes after the League announced in September that Adelaide had broken the Club's all-time membership record with 68,536.
Crows CEO Tim Silvers said the passion and loyalty afforded to the Club by so many people was humbling and greatly appreciated by players, coaches and staff.
"To break both membership records in the one year is an amazing result and shows how passionate Crows fans are about our Club, showing up week in, week out to support our teams," Silvers said.
"Our women's program continues to set the bar for the competition, while inspiring young girls and boys to engage with our great game, whether that be as a player or fan.
“On-field, the season didn’t end with the premiership we so desperately wanted however, we are all incredibly proud of the team's performances.”
