A Crows duo have been selected in the 2023 All Australian Squad of 44, released by the AFL on Monday.
Skipper Jordan Dawson and spearhead Taylor Walker have been recognised for impressive 2023 campaigns.
Walker had a career-best season in front of the sticks, booting 76 goals to finish second in the Coleman Medal tally.
Dawson excelled in his first year as captain, averaging 27.1 disposals, 5.0 marks and 3.8 marks per game and becoming a permanent staple in the Crows’ midfield.
Both Walker and Dawson will be hoping for their first All Australian selection.
The squad of 40 will be whittled down to a final 22 on Wednesday as part of the AFL Awards Night ceremony.
The proceedings will begin at 6.30pm (ACST) and will be broadcast on Fox Footy.
