Adelaide defender Mitch Hinge has received a Mark of the Year nomination for his soaring second-quarter grab in the Crows’ Round 19 loss to Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday.
In the shadows of half time, Hinge flew deep in Adelaide’s back half, towering over teammate Josh Worrell to take a crucial intercept mark.
The 25-year-old continued his impressive 2023 campaign against the Demons, racking up 22 disposals at 82 per cent efficiency and taking nine marks.
Hinge will be hoping to become the third Crow to win Mark of the Week in 2023, after Patrick Parnell (Round Nine) and Nick Murray (Round 15) claimed the honours.

Round 19 voting closes on Thursday, July 27 at 9.30am (ACST).
