Adelaide booked its spot in the 2012 NAB Cup Grand Final with a 77-point win over Collingwood, below afc.com.au takes a look at the Dream Team standouts in the victory.

Nathan van Berlo
Adelaide’s captain was a standout against the Magpies, collecting a game-high 25 disposals and a goal to score 95 DT points. Appears set for another strong year in 2012.

Rory Sloane
The young midfielder is progressing in leaps and bounds. Sloane had 23 possessions and a massive six tackles going head-to-head with Collingwood’s Steele Sidebottom. Sloane finished with 93 DT points, the second highest score for the game.

Patrick Dangerfield
Dangerfield is relishing his increased midfield role and looks likely to be one of the big improvers in the AFL Dream Team competition this season. The explosive 21-year-old scored 86 points after amassing 23 disposals and six tackles.

Jason Porplyzia
One of the Crows most talked about players looks to be back to his best, after an impressive performance in his first full game back from a shoulder injury. Porplyzia scored 84 DT points, but more importantly was playing freely, marking strongly and hitting contests. Priced at $202,500 he is sure to be a very popular selection.

Brent Reilly
Has looked very solid in his more profound defensive role throughout the NAB Cup. Collected 25 disposals and four marks to finish with 84 DT points.

One to watch:
Sam Kerridge
First year player Sam Kerridge has been very impressive in his first few outings for the Crows. Kerridge started as a sub against Collingwood, but had a big impact when he came on in the third quarter collecting 10 touches and a goal to score 44 Dream Team points. Definitely worth keeping an eye on this mature bodied 18-year-old.
