Five Crows topped the ton in a fruitful Fantasy weekend for Adelaide despite the Club’s disappointing result against the Hawks.

Patrick Dangerfield ($453,372) starred on the Friday night stage with a career-high 41 possessions and six tackles on his way to a monster 132 Fantasy points.

It was the third time this season that Dangerfield has surpassed 130 points, and his second Fantasy ton in his past three outings.

The dual All Australian represents a bargain buy at his current price due to an uncharacteristic run of low scores between rounds 10 to 14. The week off will do wonders for the 24-year-old superstar, who said that any doubts surrounding his own fitness had been blown out of proportion.

With a break even of just 67, expect a refreshed Dangerfield to soar back beyond the half-million dollar mark in the coming weeks.

Rebounding defender Brodie Smith ($410,410) also repaid those who held their Fantasy faith. Smith posted 112 points from a career-best 34 disposals and booted a telling goal in one of his most impressive performances of the year.

The 22-year-old Crow is one of the most improved players in the competition this season and remains inside the top 10 for total Fantasy points scored by a defender in 2014.

Coach Brenton Sanderson has shown that he is not afraid to unleash Smith in the midfield when the team requires a lift. He is currently at his cheapest price since Round Four and scored a healthy 92 points the last time Adelaide met Collingwood.

It’s a good time to make a move on the long-kicking Crow if you don’t already have him in your side.

Sam Jacobs ($488,247) continued his All-Australian form on Friday night with another solid performance as Adelaide’s No.1 ruckman. ‘Sauce’ won a season-high 47 hit-outs along with 16 disposals on his way to 100 Fantasy points.

It was Jacobs’ 11^th Fantasy ton of the year and his fourth from the past five games. The former Blue is now a clear choice as the most valuable ruckman in all of AFL Fantasy, and looks likely to surpass the half-million dollar mark as his Fantasy average creeps towards 100 points per game.

Bargain hunters must bring in Brad Crouch ($449,581) before Adelaide’s upcoming game against Collingwood next Sunday. The 2013 Rising Star Runner Up continued his remarkable form since returning from a fractured leg to notch 101 points from a career-high 40 disposals against the Hawks.

The 20-year-old midfielder remains heavily discounted - almost $50k cheaper than his price at the start of the season. But with a break even of just 68, Crouch’s value will begin to soar steeply in the coming weeks.

Crouch is a great option for coaches looking for a cash injection to help make those make-or-break moves as Fantasy finals approach.
