Adelaide ruckman Reilly O’Brien has won the Phil Walsh Best Team Man Award.
Named after the late Crows coach, the Award has been presented every year since the Club’s inaugural season.
It was renamed in 2015 in honour of the late Crows coach and recognises the Club’s most selfless player who lives and breathes ‘team-first’ - a staple mantra of Walsh.
O’Brien played 20 games in 2022 and averaged 13 disposals, a career-best 37 hitouts and 2.7 marks per game.
The 27-year-old’s commitment to his teammates and the Club was unparalleled this year and ensured he was a frontrunner for the Best Team Man Award.
He follows in the footsteps of Tom Lynch, who won the Award in his final season last year, and ruck mentor Sam Jacobs (2012).
