Richmond has made one change to its team to play Adelaide on Thursday night, with defender Bachar Houli for his first game for the season.
Fellow defender Nick Vlastuin is out of the Tigers’ Round One team with a delayed concussion.
Houli, who battled a calf injury over the pre-season, missed Richmond’s win over Carlton as a precaution to ensure he was ready for the Grand Final rematch.
After spending last Sunday night in hospital with a migraine, Tigers skipper Trent Cotchin has been named to play his 200th AFL match.
Earlier in the week, coach Damien Hardwick said he was expecting a ‘volatile’ crowd at Adelaide Oval.
The Richmond team is:
B: Alex Rance, David Astbury, Dylan Grimes
HB: Bachar Houli, Jayden Short, Brandon Ellis
C: Shane Edwards, Trent Cotchin, Dustin Martin
HF: Jason Castagna, Jack Graham, Corey Ellis
F: Jack Riewoldt, Josh Caddy, Dan Butler
FOL: Toby Nankervis, Shaun Grigg, Kane Lambert
INT: Reece Conca, Shai Bolton, Kamdyn McIntosh, Jacob Townsend
