Crows captain Chelsea Randall will make her long-awaited return to the team for the Round 10 clash against St Kilda.
Randall was sidelined in Round Five after re-injuring a right hamstring injury.
It’s been a long road to recovery for the skipper, but Randall was cleared to play following Friday’s training session.
Speedster Eloise Jones will also return to the side after missing last week’s game due to injury, alongside Nikki Gore and Jasmyn Hewett.
The Crows will give an AFLW debut to first-round draftee and Sturt product Zoe Prowse, who earned All-Australian selection as a ruck at the under-19 AFLW Championships in 2021.
Former Brisbane and West Coast forward McKenzie Dowrick will also play her first game for the Club.
A victory against the Saints would help Adelaide secure a top-two finish and a week off before a home preliminary final.
But AFLW Senior Coach Matthew Clarke said his side’s eyes were firmly focused on the challenge ahead.
“I’ve got no interest in any external outcomes of any other game, I really just want to see us play the way I know we can play and if we can do that, I think we’ll have a good day,” he said.
“Because of the brevity of the season, in many respects it makes it easy to stay focused because clearly there’s no opportunity for a let up.
“Therefore, we get to the end of the season and we are still firing and we are still ready to go.”
