Experienced Crow Brent Reilly is resting in hospital after undergoing surgery to repair a fractured skull.
Reilly suffered the injury from an accidental head knock during a routine football session this morning.
He had an operation late today which involved the insertion of a plate to stabilise the fracture.
The 31-year-old is out of immediate danger but he remains in the Royal Adelaide Hospital’s intensive care unit where his recovery will be monitored closely for the next few days.
The Club will be making no further comment at this stage and we ask you to respect the Reilly family’s privacy at this time.
