Adelaide Grand Final captain Ange Foley will be sent for scans in the coming days after suffering a knee injury in the third quarter against Brisbane.
Foley landed awkwardly following a marking contest and was carried from the ground.
She took no further part in the game.
The Lions defeated the Crows by 18 points on Saturday to claim their maiden AFLW Grand Final.
