Crows fans will have two opportunities per week to watch the squad on the training track in the first block of pre-season training.
The Monday and Thursday morning conditioning and football sessions will start at about 9.30am and last for between 90 minutes and two hours.
Tomorrow’s session will be limited to the section of the Max Basheer Reserve immediately to the east of the club’s Westpac Centre but from next Monday (November 14) the Max Basheer Reserve oval will be available.
While you’re at West Lakes, make sure you visit the Member Service Centre in the Westpac Centre Foyer (adjacent Selection Table Café). Member Services will be happy to answer any questions you have about the renewal or purchase of a 2012 Adelaide Football Club Membership.
Alternatively, visit 19thman.com.au to renew or browse memberships and join the Club for 2012!
The players are off every Wednesday and Sunday but will be kept busy on the other days. Adelaide’s new-look pre-season program includes a range of programs and sessions covering football, conditioning, strength, recovery, development and mobility.
