The AFL Tribunal has upheld the charge against Crows forward Lachlan Murphy for rough conduct (dangerous tackle) against Geelong’s Mark Blicavs.
Murphy was initially sanctioned $1000 with an early guilty plea.
After unsuccessfully challenging the Match Review charge via written submission, Murphy’s fine is now $1500.

In other written submission outcomes, Melbourne's Ed Langdon also had a dangerous tackle charge upheld.
Meantime, Richmond duo Dylan Grimes and Nick Vlastuin both had their staging charges dismissed.
