The debate continues but eventually the votes from our panel - including first captain Chris McDermott, long-serving official Bill Sanders and CEO Steven Trigg - consistently favoured the top dozen moments.
From there we kept juggling until arriving at this 20. Not everyone will agree but there is no doubt all of these great moments have in some way been significant or contributed to the progress of the Adelaide Football Club, or stuck in the minds of fans.
