Rover Hayden Skipworth made a successful return from a hamstring strain in the SANFL on Saturday.

Skipworth, sidelined since Adelaide's round 20 loss to the Western Bulldogs at the MCG, collected about 30 possessions and kicked three goals for the Eagles reserves side in the elimination final.

Crows team-mates Ken McGregor and Bernie Vince were also prominent in the 116-point win over Glenelg.

The trio were allowed to play in the reserves because the Woodville-West Torrens league side finished top and did not play in the first week of the finals.

Skipworth's availability will add depth to Adelaide's midfield and small forward options.

Vince, who was an emergency for the Crows in the first final, started slowly at half-back but worked his way into the game to win 25 possessions. He also kicked two goals.

McGregor, playing his second game since resuming from a hamstring strain, played at centre half forward in the first half, had a stint in defence and late in the game played in the ruck.

He had 25 possessions, took 10 marks and kicked a goal.
