Rory Sloane, who missed Sunday’s game to rest a sore elbow, should be back in the selection mix for Adelaide’s last minor round game this Saturday.

The Crows were cautious with the midfielder, who until last weekend had played every game this season.

Ricky Henderson (ankle) and Andy Otten (knee) are also on track to return from long-term injuries this weekend. Brodie Martin, who had missed five games with a hamstring tear, made a successful return in the SANFL on the weekend.

Alternative talent rookie Ben Dowdell has probably played his last game for 2012. The former basketballer injured his right ankle on Friday.

Adelaide has a light training session on Tuesday from about 10am, on Max Basheer Reserve. Wednesday’s main session is closed but the team to play Gold Coast will have another light run on Friday, from about 10.30am on AAMI Stadium.
